I’M BACK! I’m leaving for college in 2 weeks & I’m ready to give it all to be happy with my body once and for all. I started with running then the gym & now insanity. I’m going to do a lot of workouts not just one but I’ll post as much as I can that keeps me motivated.
I got a boyfriend who loves to take me out to eat & make me fat. I’ve stopped insanity and I’m back to the body I hate. I have no motivation whatsoever to work out & I’m really miserable about it after reading all my past super motivational posts here. I’m leaving in 3 days to PR & Prom was a week ago and my body didn’t look good at all. I hope that I start today and work my butt off again so this can be my summer and nooooo one will ruin it.

20 Circling Donkey Kick per side
30 Alternating Split Jumps
30 Alternating Sliders
30 Hips Lifts
20 Lunges Kicks per side
Do this 3x through for an awesome butt workout! I know your buns will be burning by the end of this
