That was such a great workout. I’m proud to say I did all of it. One quote that always motivates me is “your workout is someone’s warm-up” so whenever I feel like quitting I remember that someone else can do double of what I do & to reach them I have to push myself.
On the other hand, I feel like I’m barely eating, like I eat but then I’m so busy I just forget; something needs to change for sure! School is draining every single bit of energy I have, I’m exited to take a mini-vacayy next week.
